The entertainment world has seen a noticeable underground shift towards a renewed interest in physical media, whether it be vinyl records or DVD movies, or other forms of media that reigned before streaming became the most prevalent way to consume content.

Pro Wrestling Library has been a continual producer, advocate, and supporter of physical media the entire time. After several years of drops in physical media sales and increases in digital/VOD sales, tides turned with a massive increase in DVD sales in 2021. After that, DVD sales have steadily increased year-over-year from 2022 through 2025, with seemingly no end in sight.

With that in mind, Pro Wrestling Library is dipping its toe into another beloved form of physical media to accommodate any of its fans still on the hunt for collectibles, timeless content, or just looking to add to their collection… VHS video cassettes!

VHS was a staple among wrestling fans for over 20 years, from searching your local tape stores for the newest titles to hit shelves, to filling out order forms in magazines to send away for the really good stuff, or tape trading with fellow diehard fans to see events from different areas of the country and world.
